We make every effort to deliver the finest oral surgery care at the most reasonable cost to our patient, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless arrangements have been made in advance. At the completion of your initial consultation you will be presented with a treatment plan that will include an estimate of charges for any procedure or surgery you may require. Your treatment plan will reflect your insurance benefit information which we have received prior to your appointment. The treatment plan will include the estimated amount that your insurance will reimburse, as well as your patient responsibility. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, copays, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company at the time these services are rendered.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and we will send you a monthly statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. In some cases the insurance will pay more than we have estimated, if that is the case a refund will be promptly issued to you.
